This listing consists of an incredibly beautiful fully slatted wood bench (or coffee table) by Maruni, made in the 1950s in Hiroshima Japan. This super collectible and rare bench is signed with the Maruni tag on the front side.The contrasting woods give such a sleek Mid-Century Modern look that you would expect from George Nelson who designed similarly styled benches for Herman Miller. However this one is so much more exotic and special. Each conical splayed leg ends with brass sabots that still possess.
