Vintage Design
Beautiful set of massive walnut chairs, resting at the front by two square feet with sheath, slightly to the bottom, with stripes. The rear feet are “sabers”.
These are assembled with tenons and mortises on the belt, wide and rounded backwards. The seat is braid and with traditional straps. This is lined with a green imitation leather studded around.
On each side of the belt leave elements of wood joining the top of the backrest, cutting and movement. The openwork backrest has a large vertical pilaster in its center. It is engraved with flowers and decorations typical of the Art Deco style.
Gently sculpted, these 8 gondola chairs will appeal by their rounded and enveloping shape.
