The famous Tam Tam stool was designed by Henry Massonnet in 1968. It was then manufactured by Stamp, his own company. Henry Massonnet takes advantage of technical advances in the field of plastics processing to explore and invent new forms. The original model, n°169, can be dismantled into three parts. It will be available in numerous shape and color variations. Its hourglass look will become an iconic object of French design, both affordable and futuristic. This model is a very simple version, in white molded plastic.

The stool is stable and clever. Presence of some scratches and signs of wear on the surface.

In 1969, man landed on the moon in the LEM (Lunar Excursion Module). In 2000, as the new millennium began, the LEM stool was introduced and quickly became a hallmark of Lapalma’s aesthetic. It features a subtly bent wooden seat and a metal rail for users to comfortably place their feet. The adjustable seat height is between 66-79cm. Max total height is 86cm. The item shows little abrasion on the lower metal parts.

The stools have a distinctive swiveling, spherical, injection-molded plastic seat. The adjustable column sits on a chromed-steel base. Back in 1997, manufacturer Magis asked Stefano Giovannoni to design a stool to use up their supply of pistons. That’s how the Bombo was born, and still today the stool can be found in cafés and bars worldwide.

Beautifully designed ‘Blade’ stool made in England by Rubery Owen. c.1940

Originally used on factory floors, it features a fantastic strapwork design with original hardwood (possibly Elm) seat and backrest. In as found condition with old paint and plenty of patina.

Set of 4 very rare Antique bar stools. They are done in solid, thick brass with wooden seat. The bar stools are absolutely striking in person. And very heavy. Made in Austria cca. 1920-1930s. Good antique condition. Two chairs show small signs of time and use, while the other two have more signs of use, but only on the seats, where paint has dried out and fell off, which is easy to fix.
